Instructions for Before and After the Auction

Whether you’re new to online bidding or a seasoned pro, following these steps will ensure a smooth auction experience. Learn how to create your account, register for auctions, and understand our bidding process. After the auction, find out how to handle pickup or shipping with ease. We’re here to make every step simple and hassle-free, so you can focus on winning the items you love!

Please Read First

Create Your Account
- Click on “Create Bidder Account” in the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Fill out all fields, including your physical address and PO Box, if applicable.
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click Register Account.
- We will manually approve your registration.

Important Notes:

- - If registering outside business hours, approval may take a bit longer.
  - If your registration isn’t approved within 30 minutes during business hours, feel free to call or text us.
  - Incomplete accounts or accounts using only a PO Box will not be approved.

After the Auction

Post-Auction Notifications for Highest Bidders
- Highest Bidder Invoice Notification
  If you were the highest bidder, you will receive an email with your invoice after the auction closes. This email includes a link to view your invoice and a secure payment link to complete your transaction. Be sure to review the invoice details carefully before proceeding with payment.
  - Payment Confirmation
    Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your paid invoice for your records. This ensures everything is completed and ready for you to collect your winnings.
Scheduling Pickup or Shipping
- Within 24 hours, you will receive a message via Shipping Saint to select your preference:
  - Pickup Option: Schedule an appointment to pick up your items at:
    145 Regal St., Suite 10, Billings, MT
    Bring packing materials and help if needed, as assistance is limited. Payments can be made per the Terms & Conditions.
  - Shipping Option: Follow the email instructions to verify your address and finalize shipping.
